What we collect

• Your email, if you sign up for The Drop-in or a price alert. We send a confirmation email first, and you're only signed up once you click its link. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• What you send in a form (a price, a gym, an enquiry), with your email if you give it. We use it only to check the submission and to reply.
• A one-way hash of your IP address for a short time, to stop the forms being spammed. We can't turn it back into your IP address.
• Page-view counts, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and counts pages, not people.

What we don't do

• We don't set cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
• We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
• We don't publish your email address. A gym page shows the gym's website, booking link, phone number and the contact email the gym publishes itself, hidden from address harvesters.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, wherever you live in the US. Email info@dropinfinder.com from the address in question and we'll reply usually within 7 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Drop-in Finder is run by Andrew Dunn, a sole trader trading as HANDYANDY3d, who is the data controller. Registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ZC289056.

Who handles it

The site runs on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Resend. Maps load tiles from OpenFreeMap, which sees your IP address like any website you load a file from.
